We accept returns for refunds/exchanges within 30 DAYS from when your order was delivered to you. If 30 days have gone by from the order delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange.

Please let us know if your item is damaged when you receive it, we will replace it. You deserve the best version of the product!

A few things to know:

  • At this time we do not offer prepaid return labels, however if you are exchanging the same product for another size then we will cover the cost of shipping.
  • If you wish to return the product and don't want to cover the cost of the return label, we can offer you store credit for the price of the full refund and we will cover the cost of the return label.
  • We do not offer returns/exchanges for items discounted at 40% or more
  • If your requested exchanged item is not in stock we will issue you a full refund.

Product Inspection

Please return the item in the same packaging as you had received it (tags, custom bag, etc.)

If the item has a smell, excess lint/hair, or damaged in any way, we cannot accept the returned item and it will be shipped back to you.
